Get into the mood for a weekend of fun with an evening of singing and dancing with The Rarebits, a local band specializing in Celtic song and dance music. After the roaring success debut last year, the Festival is inviting them back to get the 2009 weekend off to a foot-stompin’ start.
The band will provide a rousing evening of entertainment and those who want to can join in with all the fun with some Scottish country dancing.
If you’ve never done any Scottish dancing before, there will be a caller on hand to show you the ropes – it’s dead easy and great fun.
